Our Family...

Our little family is the most important thing to us.  We love our together time!  We love all the big and little things that we do together and would love to give you an idea of what our family life is like.

On a normal day, we love to play outside with L...whether it be throwing the ball, blowing bubbles for him to catch, or going on walks.  We also love going to the park to feed the ducks, or up the canyon (just 15 minutes away from our home) to hike or to eat dinner.  We also love our downtime at home.  We have fun playing basketball on our mini hoop, coloring, reading books galore (they are L's favorite!), snuggling up together for a show or a movie...and we love eating dinner as a family. 

We love that we live within a 20 minute walk of our small downtown.  L and I will often take walks downtown in the good weather...and there is always something fun going on down there.

L loves being with other little ones and will love having a baby brother or sister.  We both have large families...and L has cousins his age on both sides of the family (and we foresee more cousins to be born so it is likely that our next little one will have cousins the same age too!). 

It is a great thing that we have such wonderful extended family too.  We get to see cousins, aunts & uncles and grandparents often.  Since we have been married we have been lucky enough to live within 10 minutes to 1.5 hours of our parents, siblings and their families.  Our families are always looking for reasons to get together.  We see them often, for birthdays, special events and holidays (and for other "no-reason-whatsoever" occasion. :)  Family dinners are among our favorites.  There are so many times that we stay much longer than anticipated-- laughing, telling stories, playing games, and L having so much fun with his cousins.
